Mount Washington Valley, New Hampshire
April and May is the best time to go on waterfall tours within the Mount Washington Valley area. The snow starts to melt and water starts to rise, putting waterfalls in their prime during this timeframe! This is the perfect day trip if you’re looking to get active while taking in all the picturesque scenery along the way with your date.
If you plan to visit any stops in the White Mountain National Forest, day passes are $5, unless you’d prefer an annual pass. However, the rest of the falls are free!
